/ About the project

The client approached us with one month and an ask from the National Institutes of Health: to create a Netflix-style preview of their work.

That was mid-December.


By January 15th, we had 8 hours of footage, a script, and a newly decreed gag order.


Overnight, our quick turnaround production became a strategic partnership. Screening dates turned into brand and product consultations, and we adjusted to federal funding priorities.


What was initially a one-month preview turned into an 8-month intensive in product development, branding, and campaign strategy. We adapted to last-minute shoots, blizzards, and red tape because the importance of life-saving science takes precedence over politics.
